A Cloth Tube dust collector having Pulse Jet Cleaning System through solenoid
valves and sequential timer. It is compact design having longer filter bags for
economy of space. Both offline and online cleaning systems are offered for various capacities ranging from as low as 500M /hr. to as high as 500000m /hr. Dust laden air is drawn by a fan through a fabric suitable for duct characteristic. Dust in supervision are arrested on the surface of the bags and clean air is exhausted through the fan and stack fitted with the filter through a network of ducting. In the process of filtration dust cake is formed and pressure drop increases across the bag filter. It is then very much necessary to employ a suitable cleaning method to remove the accumulated dust and the filtration process continues.

These are used as a dust collector where the dust are having higher sizes of particulate matters. These are also used in a wide variety of operations where dry dust collection is desired. Cyclones are used as a precollector frequently to reduce the dust load of bag filter, wet scrubber and electrostatic precipitator. These are maintenance free and low cost solution to many dust control 3 3 problem. Available capacity ranging from 1000M /hr. to 40000M /hr. For large volume of dustladen air these cyclones can be used in parallel.

This type cyclone is similar to dry cyclone but having an
arrangement of spraying water to the inside wall of the cyclone.

It is a circular chamber having header pipe and pipe fitted with nozzles. Water is sprayed inside the chamber through the nozzles. The principal mechanism is
impaction of dust particles on the liquid droplets created by the nozzles. Water eliminator is fittedat outlet of the scrubber to separate the water from the dust laden air stream. Available capacity is 3 3 ranging from 500M /hr ti 50000 M /hr but can be used for larger volume of dustladen air in parallel. The velocity
through this type of scrubber should not be more than 2m/sec. For effective collection of dust. Generally pressure drop through the scrubber varies from 50mmWG 80mmWG. Depending on the volume and
concentration of dust-laden air.

Packed Bed Scrubbers are very much efficient in cleaning operation of acid fumes. An irregular shaped packing materials are utilized within the scrubber with a spraying of water mixed chemical where neutralization of acid fumes or any other chemical fumes are required. The velocity through the scrubber
should not be more than 2m/sec. and pressure drop varies from 50
80mmWG depending on velocity, dust concentration and volume

of dust laden gas. Available capacity ranging from 500 M /hr to

50000 M /hr. but can be used for larger gas volume in parallel.

Ventry scrubber is a highly efficient dust collector. Even 0.5µm particle size is also can be arrested by Ventry scrubber. It is widely used for sticky and corrosive dust and is the only solution for bag filter or electrostatic
precipitator. When introduced into a stream of dust laden gases, and travelling at high velocity, water disintegrates into fine droplets. The energy necessary for breaking up the liquid is taken mainly from the gas stream itself. The narrow throat is called venture section. It proceeded by a convergent section and succeeded by a divergent section. The throat can be rectangular or circular in cross-section depending on the requirement.

Our wide range of centrifugal fans comprising of impeller design viz. Backward
Curved, Straight Radial Bladed, Aerofoil type, Backward inclined which are capable of handling dust laden air, gas, fumes etc. Available capacity is ranging from 500 3 3 M /hr to 200000 M /hr at a pressure of as high as 1500mmWG and temperature upto 0400 C. Material of construction may vary as per application and can be manufactured with MS/SS/AI/FRP.

The Axial Flow Fan as manufactured by us is suitable for application of Ventilation system, exhaust system, humidification plant. The impeller is of Aerofoil section 3 made of cost aluminum alloy. The fan can handle air volume of 2,00,000 M /hr at a maximum pressure of 300 mm WG with guide vane. Impeller of axial flow fans are aro made of various materials VIZ, FRP, Mild steel, SS and there can be put lining of rubber, FRP. The fan is driven by motor and impeller is fitted directly on the motor shaft. In case the motor be taken out of gas stream, the flow of gas is furcated
where motor is housed in an enclose within the casing.

 

Air washer unit is generally used for the areas where humidity and temperature inside the room is maintained to certain pre-set valve. It is consists of intake louver, distributor plate, spray set with nozzles, moisture eliminator etc. The spray set which produce a fine mist within the air washer chamber so that air passing through it becomes saturated with moisture and dust particles are separated out. Main application of this unit for Textile and Jute
Mills, Tea fermenting, motor control center, Transformer room etc. Wide range of capacities is available.

 

The forced draft cooler is an air-to-air heat exchanger. It includes bunch of tubes placed vertically and
horizontally and hot gas is passed either through the outside or inside the tubes. Generally axial flow fans
sometime centrifugal fans are used for supplying ambient air which passes either outside the tube or through
inside of the tubes as per the system requirement.
This type of cooler is mostly used when gas is at elevated temperature which may not be conducive to be treated directly in the collector. It is therefore necessary to cool or conditioned the gas for passing through a collector
thus damage to the collector is avoided. The advantage of this type cooler is that one or number of fans can be put on or off depending on the outlet temperature of the cooler thus saving power. While passing through this cooler
dust are separated and collected in the hopper fitted with the cooler thus reduce the dust load to the collector.

This type of heat exchanger is an air-to-water heat exchanger where water is used as cooling media. It consists of
bunch of tube through which cold water is passed and hot dust laden air is passed outside the tubes so that the
temperature is reduced to the desired level. This type heat exchanger is generally used for reducing the
temperature before passing through the wet collector as the gas at elevated temperature cannot be passed
through the wet collector.

This type of duct is used for indirect cooling of gas with water when heat is transferred between water and gas
through the water cooled duct. The duct is made either with double wall or a series of pipes placed one after
another forming the duct. Water is made to flow through double wall passage or through the pipe as the case
maybe.Sometimes half tubes or angles as used are welded to the outside of duct forming the water passage. In many
applications such as furnace tune extraction, initial temperature of hot gas is reduced by passing the gas through
water cooled duct.
